If you’re looking to work for a market leader, then read on as we are looking for a Patient Advisor to work in our prestigious clinic in Leeds White Rose. This role requires flexibility to cover more than one location as demand dictates.
The role of a Patient Advisor with Optical Express offers you far more than just a job in retail, giving you more responsibility, training and the real chance of career progression.
The Patient Advisor is the Senior Sales Advisor in our Clinic. They are customer facing and are required to sell the benefits of refractive procedures such as Laser Vision Correction (LVC) or Intraocular Lens (IOL) to new or existing Optical Express patients and customers. Working to challenging but attainable targets, the Senior Sales Advisor will also sell the benefits of purchasing glasses or contact lenses with Optical Express compared to their current provider. Building rapport, and identifying customer needs, you will use your influencing skills to achieve a successful sale.
