    Role: Outbound Contact Centre Advisor - Full time (40 hours) and part-time available (minimum 16 hours to suit)

    Location: Glasgow City Centre

    Hours: 40 per week (Flexibility required, working 1 in 4 weekends on average)

    Due to continual expansion, Optical Express is seeking Customer Care Advisors to join us at our state of the art contact centre in central Glasgow. You will be delivering a world class service to our patients and customers.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    No two days at Optical Express are ever the same, but your day to day role will include:

    • Talking our current and potential customers through their consultation appointments.
    • Supporting our clinic and store teams by managing the diary and booking process.
    • Day to day administration, reporting and liaising with our various in-house departments.
    • Managing your own workload and schedule to ensure maximum efficiency.

    Minimum Requirements

    We’d love you to have:

    • Excellent communication and listening skills with a friendly and positive demeanour.
    • Highly motivated with a proactive attitude.
    • Strong ability in using Microsoft Office Packages.
    • Confident working in a customer service or telesales role – with some previous experience.
    • Desire to work in a professional environment with great progression opportunities.

    Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in a contact centre previously, we are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service skills in either a face to face or telephony based customer service role.
