    Title: Outbound Sales Consultant

    Hours: Full Time (40hrs), between 9am and 8pm (Monday to Friday) with 1 weekend in 4

    Location: Glasgow City Centre

    Salary: Over 80% of our staff earn circa £27,000 with some earning significantly more due to the realistic targets resulting in regular, uncapped bonus.

    We are currently recruiting results driven, self-motivated individuals who are able to exceed sales targets whilst continually delivering a first class experience to our patients.

    You will be contacting people who have attended a consultation to talk through their option and answer any questions with the aim of booking them in for the procedure.

     

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Making contact with patients who have recently attended an initial consultation
    • Promoting the lifestyle and clinical benefits of our treatments
    • Manage the patient pipeline
    • Providing an exceptional after sales service

    Minimum Requirements

    • Achievement within outbound sales
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Proven track record of exceeding KPI’s and sales targets
    • Ability to converse and relate to a wide range of people
    • Excellent communication skills with empathy and understanding
    • Ability to deliver first class customer service
    • Strong IT skills – database, word/excel and email
    • Teamwork, with the skills to add value to the existing set up

     

    This role is all about the customer experience coupled with exceeding conversion targets. You must be comfortable making outbound calls to discuss the consultation, benefits and options with the ultimate aim to book the patient in for the treatment, therefore you need to be resilient, have a caring, empathetic nature and be comfortable working to targets.

    Flexibility is needed in order to ensure optimum cover at all times, working patterns are agreed well in advance so you have plenty of notice to plan outside of work, you will work a 40 hour week between 9am and 8pm (Monday to Friday) with 1 weekend in 4.
