    Role: Outbound Contact Centre Advisor

    Location: Glasgow City Centre

    Hours: 40 per week (Flexibility required, working 1 in 4 weekends)

    Due to continual expansion, Optical Express is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Advisors to join us at our state of the art contact centre in central Glasgow.

    We are looking for individuals who can work well under pressure, remain focused on targets whilst integrating into the current team. You will have the determination to exceed sales targets whilst delivering a world class experience to our patients and customers.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    Each day within your role will vary however the core components of your role will include:

    • Engaging with existing or potential customers/patients to encourage them to attend consultation appointments
    • Booking and managing our clinic diaries within the business guidelines
    • Working towards individual targets and KPI’s

    Minimum Requirements

    Key Skills required include:

    • Previous experience within a target driven contact centre environment
    • Outbound contact centre experience
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
    • Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
