The role of a Patient Advisor within Optical Express offers you far more than just a job in retail, giving you more responsibility, training and the real chance of career progression. The role is customer facing and the successful candidate will be required to sell the benefits of a refractive procedure, such as Laser Eye Surgery or Intra-Occular Lens to new or existing Optical Express patients and customers.
The Patient Advisor is the Senior Sales Advisor in our Store/Clinic. Working to challenging but attainable targets, the Sales Advisor will follow our Company patient journey making sure they comply with key regulations involved in these procedures. As well as Laser Eye Surgery and IOL procedures, the Senior Sales Advisors will also sell the benefits of purchasing glasses or contact lenses with Optical Express compared to their current provider. Building rapport, and identifying customer needs, they will use their influencing skills to achieve a successful sale.
Our training & induction programme is designed to give you the skills and technical ability to succeed in the role.
